3rd re-ti almost done

Yesterday I began my 3rd re-ti. I've only completed the front of my head, but I wanted to show a before & after shot. Surprisingly, it only took a few hours to do. I am going to be retightening on my breaks & on my lunch to get it done as soon as possible.
